Sweat60’s mission is for every client to feel accepted, challenged, and empowered while building mental and physical strength in a supportive community. Now, you can access Sweat60 classes from anywhere.
So, let’s get to sweating! Choose any class that fits your needs. New classes are loaded each week, so you can sweat alongside the #SweatSquad in Prosper, TX, from wherever you are!
All of our formats vary in different styles and allow your body to train through different methods to keep your body from plateauing. Classes are labeled by format, muscle focus, date, time, and instructor, so you know exactly what to expect before starting a class. Strength60 and Ignite classes are always full body, but we also have an upper and lower body focus muscle group. You will hit 60% of the muscle focus groups, and the other 40% of the workout will be the other muscle groups.
Sweat60 OnDemand has access to three of our formats: Strength60, Ignite Plus, and SweatFlow.
Strength60
Keep your body guessing with innovative training methods that rotate daily to focus on building muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and improving your anaerobic threshold with an emphasis on functional training. 60 minutes of infrared heated strength training, an all-out effort bringing your body to full fatigue when completed.
Ignite Plus
Everything you love about Ignite60: simple movements that will increase your full body strength and a core focus on strengthening the abdominals. End the class with lengthened stretching to rejuvenate the muscles and mind, plus low resistance with extra emphasis on muscle toning.
SweatFlow
Sweatflow + Stretch is the perfect mix of a power vinyasa flow for 45 minutes, followed by a 10-minute extended stretch, and ending with a 5-minute guided meditation. It is everything your body and mind need after a long week.

All workouts are designed for every fitness level, whether you are a beginner and need options or you are advanced and want to scale up exercises. The trainers are trained to meet every client where they are! You can take breaks when you need and modify as needed to make the workout fit your needs.

If you do not have all of the equipment, no worries; the instructor will give you options and other ideas to use during the class.
However, purchasing a pair of dumbbells is recommended to get the most from each workout.
